Air Testing
Air Pressure Testing, also referred to as Air Tightness Testing or Air Permeability Testing, assesses the amount of air escaping from your building.
Uncontrolled air leakage through gaps around windows, sockets, or where the external wall meets the floor can result in cold drafts, heat loss, and increased heating bills.
Extractor Fan Flow Testing
We provide extract flow rate tests using UKAS calibrated anemometers in accordance with the Minimum Benchmark Method. This is one of three authorised methods for testing domestic ventilation systems as outlined within the ‘Domestic ventilation compliance guide’.
